RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

Due to the nature of chemical products, returns are accepted only in the following situations:

We will gladly accept refunds if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item was damaged during transit
  • Your order arrived with missing products
  • The product is faulty or not as described

We unfortunately can not accept refunds if:

  • The product has been used, opened, or partially consumed
  • The product was purchased by mistake
  • You change your mind after receiving the product
  • The product cannot be resold due to health, safety, or regulatory restrictions

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please be sure to include your:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product, packaging, or damages (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

If a replacement product is required, we’ll ship it at no extra cost.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available only when:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was supplied

RETURN FREIGHT CHARGES

  • If the error is on our end (wrong item, damage, faulty product), OLER covers return shipping.
  • If the return is not due to an error on our part, return shipping may be at the customer’s expense (subject to approval).
