SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST are dispatched the same business day whenever possible.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm or on weekends/public holidays are sent out the next business day.
  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY METHODS

We work with trusted Australian carriers to ensure safe and compliant delivery of our products. We will choose the courier that we believe will be the most suitable to get your product order to you safely & in a timely manner. Some of our couriers include but are not limited to:

  • Australia Post (Parcel Post & Express Post)
  • Team Global Express

  • FedEx/TNT Express

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD metro: 1–4 business days
  • SA, TAS, WA metro: 3–5 business days
  • Regional & remote areas: May take longer depending on local routes
  • These timeframes are provided by our courier partners and may vary during peak periods. These peak periods include but are not limited to events such as public holidays where courier services are not operating on a particular business day, Christmas & New Years.

DELIVERY COSTS

Your calculated shipping cost will be added on to your checkout total.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight or volume
  • Package classification (DG vs non-DG)
  • Delivery location
  • Courier availability
